When scheduling an appointment, please provide detailed information about your pet’s health, the issues to be addressed, and your preferred days and times for the visit. Additionally, include your contact details (phone number or email) and your preferred time for us to reach you.

Service Area: We are a mobile-only service, providing treatment in the comfort of your own home. Our standard service area includes the Brisbane city area within 5 km from Toowong. Consultations within this area are charged at our standard consult price. For consultations outside of this area, additional travel fees will apply. 

Hours of Operation: We operate Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM. Appointments outside of these hours can be arranged by special request.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours to arrange an appointment at your convenience.
