• Appointment Changes and Cancellations: We appreciate 72 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations. A      cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee may apply for repeated cancellations.

• Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers (for regular customers only).

• Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your pet’s health and for following any post-treatment instructions provided by our veterinarians.

• Limitation of Liability: While we strive for the best outcomes, Veterinary Acupuncturist Services cannot guarantee specific results from treatments.

• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
