Our goal is to provide comprehensive and compassionate care for your pet in the comfort of your home. Our initial consultation typically lasts about one hour. To ensure we have a complete understanding of your pet's health, we recommend giving us permission to request their medical records from your regular GP vet. Additionally, filling out our pre-consult form will provide us with essential information about your pet's health, behavior, and the specific issues you want us to address.
During the initial consultation, we will spend time getting to know your pet and may ask further questions to develop a comprehensive picture of their health and your expectations. A full physical examination will be conducted, followed by a discussion of the recommended treatments such as acupuncture, laser therapy, or therapeutic ultrasound. We will proceed slowly during the first session to allow your pet to become accustomed to our equipment. Our primary goal is to build rapport with you and your pet, ensuring a holistic approach that combines both Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) and modern veterinary methods for optimal health outcomes.
To achieve optimal outcomes with our mobile veterinary services in Brisbane, we recommend scheduling a minimum of four appointments, ideally spaced one week apart. While Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) and rehabilitation therapies are well-documented for their effectiveness in managing various medical conditions, it may take multiple sessions to observe significant improvements. After the initial treatment, we will provide detailed information on post-treatment expectations and follow up with a call the next day to ensure your pet's well-being. During this follow-up, we can also arrange subsequent appointments to continue your pet’s care and progress.
We kindly ask that you prepare a quiet, calm room for your pet's treatment. Remove potential hazards and distractions to create a safe, comfortable space where your pet can fully relax during their TCVM session. This will help ensure the best possible outcome from our rehabilitation services and acupuncture for pets.
